As an expert in healthcare trends and as a media personality, JACK SHAPIRO has authored a number of articles on healthcare marketing, market research and the future of healthcare. In preparation for the Y2K change-over, Jack wrote a number of articles regarding the possible computer and database implications of this historic worldwide event and its potential impact on healthcare.

Jack has recently completed a major national survey among consumers regarding their views about the future of healthcare ("THE FUTURE OF HEALTHCARE: A SURVEY REGARDING SELECTED HEALTHCARE ISSUES") and a number of articles are planned based on these findings. These survey results will also be included in Jack's forthcoming book: "A DEATH IN THE CITY: QUESTIONING THE FUTURE OF AMERICAN HEALTHCARE."
